How to get the most out of your deep conditioner

Deep conditioning is great for your hair and should be completed around once a week.

Use a dryer
Once putting your favourite deep conditioner on your hair, put on a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for a minimum of 15 minutes on a low temperature setting. If you don't have a hooded dryer just use your regular blow dryer or attempt to make a DIY hair stand. Before washing the conditioner out wait for your hair to go back to room temperature and wash it out using cold water.

Use a warm towel
Again cover your hair hair in your deep conditioner, put on a plastic cap. Place a towel in hot water and wrap the hair. You'll have to rewet the towel every 15 minutes or so. Repeat this as desired, wait for hair to return to room temperature and wash your hair in cool water.

Body heat
Deep condition your hair put on a plastic cap, and just sit back and relax. Your hair will warm up using your body heat. Leave the deep conditioner on for around 30 minutes before washing out with cool/cold water.
