April Inversion.

As part of my new year goals I said I would do the inversion challenge once a month but I've either been busy, or haven't completed it. This month I'm determined to give it a proper try.

If you don't know what it is continue reading, but some people gain an inch or more in one week.

Here is my before picture, which shows that my hair has retained an inch since January so i've lost about 1/2 an inch from breakage which I have now corrected:

How I do the inversion:
1. Warm up a little bit of olive oil and give myself a five minute scalp massage.
2. Sit on my sofa and lean down towards my feet.
3. Sit like that for four minutes.
4. Brush out the oil and use a dry shampoo.

Toady I am at number one my DIY length check shirt (even though the number is covered by my arm) gaining one more inch would put me at the line below meaning I'd only be three inches from waist length!

I really want to be as close to waist length as possible in mid July, which is possible if I have 100% retention and gain an inch with each inversion challenge so fingers crossed.

I'll update in a week or so and show you guys any progress i've made.

If you want to read more about the inversion method read it here.

Have you tried the inversion method?
