1. Not moisturising and sealing at night
This has made a huge difference in my hair health
2. Using too much heat.
In first term of my first year of uni (2011) I used SO much heat on my hair, around 4/5 times a week and I had so much breakage.
3. Relaxing my hair
Yes I said it, relaxing my hair was a nightmare and I do regret it. Although it was mostly a nightmare because I had no idea how to manage it. For my relaxer story

4. Using none-little protein in my routine
My hair seems actually to adore protein and when I use it correctly my hair thrives
5. Not drinking enough
I never drink enough water, but now that I do try to my skin loks amazing! Hopefully I will see an improvement with my hair too.
