The method involves heating up some oil e.g. olive oil or coconut oil massaging your head and then doing an inversion for 4 minutes. This is then repeated for a whole week, once a month. Results can also be found without oiling the scalp.
The inversion is basically a position that allows your head to hang down. You can do that by attempting to touch your toes, lay with your head off your bed or why not try out a fancy yoga pose?
I'm going to try touching my toes for 4 minutes.
But how can it work? People claim it works simply by increasing blood in the scalp but really who knows? Maybe it's a placebo effect?
Warning
After doing the inversion get up very slowly.
Do not do if pregnant
Do not do if you have high blood pressure
Do not attempt if you have heart problems
I'm going to try to stick with the inversion method and post my results.
My starting length is 12 inches with a few strands just over
Tune back in a week and I'll show you all my results!
It'll be interesting to see how this works for you! I'm intrigued by it all x
